💛 A Dream Years in the Making 💛

Many of you know me as Chef Charnella, founder of C.S. Caters and the Junior Chefs Program. Recently, I had to step away from my job to focus on my daughter's mental health, homeschooling, and appointments. As difficult as that season has been, it has strengthened my faith and my commitment to building something meaningful for my family and community.

Today, I'm excited to officially share my dream of launching Junior Chefs on Wheels. This mobile culinary classroom will bring cooking, confidence, life skills, and mental wellness support to children and families throughout our communities.

This isn't just about a food truck. It's about creating opportunities, building a legacy, and showing our children that we can overcome life's challenges and still pursue our dreams.
