Explosion Softball

Are you looking for an 8u team to join for the 2026-2027 season? This could be the one for you! What we offer:

💥5 fall tournaments-1 in August, 2 in September, 2 in October

🥎 access to an indoor facility for winter training/workouts

💥 2 spring tourneys, 4 summer tourneys— players are encouraged to play rec ball in the spring but it is not required

🥎 3 coaches with multiple years/softball seasons of experience

💥 older sister teams that host camps throughout the year

🥎 access to a private field in quincy and explosion fields in Danville

Our season will not interfere with summer all star tourneys or current teams. Our first tourney is August 14-16 💥🥎

I watched their games on gamechanger yesterday, and quite frankly, the wheels fell off. Some days are just like that. BUT! They came back today, fought, never gave up, and won the B bracket. I'm sure I can speak for their coaches as well as ourselves when I say that we're SO proud of their grit and determination this weekend! Keep working, Littles! 💥

Explosion Girls came in 1st place again this weekend! The girls went 2 in 0 in pool play with a first place seed then lost our first bracket game. Played 5 games today to fight from the losers bracket and went undefeated! These girls fought hard and it payed off!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY to our FAVORITE set of sisters!! Braylin and Mia are both fantastic examples of leadership, hard work, determination, encouragement, accountability (and occasional tough love 😅), and we are so fortunate to have them! Have the very best day, girlies! 🥳💥
