Be part of this incredible community tradition. Register today at CareDimensions.org/Walk.
Every step Lisa takes at the Care Dimensions Walk for Hospice is in honor of the people who shaped her life.
She walks in honor of her son, Jay, whose generosity, and bright smile left a lasting impact on everyone who knew him. She walks in memory of her father, Jerry, who was able to spend his final days at home surrounded by the people and place he loved, with the support of Care Dimensions.
For Lisa, the Walk is more than a fundraiser—it's a day to celebrate their lives with family and friends while helping ensure other families receive the same compassionate care that meant so much to hers.
This September, we invite you to join Lisa and hundreds of others who are walking in honor, in memory, and in support of loved ones.
Register today for the 39th Annual Care Dimensions Walk for Hospice on Sunday, September 27, and help bring comfort, care, and compassion to patients and families across our community at: CareDimensions.org/Walk

Comfort can come in many forms—and sometimes, it purrs.
When Emily, one of our Care Dimensions nurses, learned that her patient had always been known as the family's "cat lady," she knew exactly how to brighten her day. Through our Companion/Robotic Pet Program, Emily brought her a lifelike robotic cat. The joy it brought was so meaningful that she later returned with a second one.
For patients who can no longer care for a pet of their own, these robotic companions provide comfort, companionship, and moments of connection that can ease anxiety, spark memories, and bring smiles.
It's just one example of how Care Dimensions goes beyond traditional hospice care to provide innovative programs that enhance quality of life for patients and families.
Programs like our Companion/Robotic Pet Program are made possible through the generosity of donors like you. Your support helps provide meaningful moments like these for patients and families in our care.

Camp Stepping Stones was a tremendous success, with over 26 families joining us for a day of connection, healing, and hope. Children who have experienced the loss of a loved one had the opportunity to connect with peers who understand their grief, participate in meaningful activities, build resilience, and create lasting memories with their families.
This meaningful day was made possible through the generous support of the Institution for Savings Foundation, Catholic Health Foundation of Greater Boston, Charles E. Harwood Trust, Rockland Trust, and the Carole Remick Charitable Foundation. Their continued partnership helps ensure that Care Dimensions' Children's Bereavement Program can provide compassionate grief support to children and families throughout the year.
Thank you to these generous community partners and donors like you for helping make programs like Camp Stepping Stones possible.
