• Installation: The installation & configuration process has been streamlined, and instructions refined.
• Status Bar: The Status Bar no longer welcomes users to RAR when MSP first opens. This allows MSP to issue messages to the Status Bar when certain functions are run (e.g. Publishing a schedule)
• Expand All: Users are no longer required to click "Expand All" more than once to force all tasks to appear. (Minor Fix; only some users were affected)

Overview.
The purpose of this study is to focus on assessing the maturity and accuracy of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) to support project progress management for both government agencies and contractors. The team is working to develop a more objective, scalable, effective and efficient framework to evaluate EVMS quality when applied to diverse projects.
This survey is being conducted by Arizona State University (ASU) to inform a DOE-PM sponsored study to investigate EVMS related knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors across government (to include DOE, DoD, NASA, etc.) and industry/contract partners in order to deliver a methodology and tool to consistently assess the maturity of EVMS implementation, EVMS accuracy due to contextual factors (e.g., resources, management support, contracting approach), and EVMS effectiveness in relation to and impact on performance.
