It’s Su***de Prevention Month. This is a real epidemic with young people in our country. Look for signs, emphatically and empathically listen to people, it might just save a life!
Posted • 💚Please check in on your loved ones - to show you care, to show they’re loved, to make sure they’re not suffering in silence, to give those affected comfort / support in their dark time, and to remind them they’re not alone
💚When someone is struggling they often don’t reach out because they fear being a burden - by taking the initiative and making yourself available it can break through this

While we are all social distancing, maybe you can do something to help a Veteran. helps all kinds of Veterans and one of the biggest things for a homeless person is the ability to get clean. There is always a need for laundry detergent and this is a good deal if you want to have Amazon.com deliver some down to the Vets working on improving their lives one day at a time! Pods are preferred as they allow for easier distribution. Amazon will also let you set up a subscription if you’d like to send some every month. You can get the address off of their website. I will post the link in the bio for this account too.
