The Bevi Heisler Story
For Fred Bevi and Aimee Heisler, being real estate partners goes beyond a handshake agreement. In fact, as a father-daughter team, they have a lifetime of cooperation and communication that enables them to work easily together and quickly puts their clients at ease as well. As South Orange County residential experts, they have in-depth knowledge of the local marketplace as well as a complementary set of skills that smooths the way for even the most complex sale or purchase.
Following early work experience in both construction and investment, Fred has worked in South Orange County real estate for more than 20 years. Born and raised in Orange County, Aimee earned a bachelors degree in Business Administration from Biola University and a Masters in Taxation from the University of Denver. She started her professional life working in a Big Four international accounting firm, finally yielding to her love of real estate. She was licensed in 2003 and joined her father in residential real estate in 2009.
To their team service, Fred brings long-term real estate experience, great negotiating skills, and an understanding of how homes are put together. “He has a huge network of experienced agents,” Aimee adds, “which, of course, is really beneficial to our buyers and sellers.”
Aimee, who is also a Certified Negotiation Expert, brings her knowledge of finance as well as an interest in newer technology. “So much of today’s real estate business happens on the internet,” she says. “Clients begin shopping online, they see and respond to advertising, and, of course the impact of email and social media is tremendous. That said, real estate is still a person-to-person business. I think our enthusiasm for working with clients face to face, and taking all the time they need to make informed decisions is at the heart of our success.”
