Lift Permanent Makeup

One thing I hear a lot before Lip Blush is concern about lines around the lips and whether it affects the result. Honestly, it’s usually not an issue at all. Lip Blush is meant to softly bring back color and definition in a very natural way, and that can make the lips look fresher and more balanced overall. The key is working gently and conservatively so the result heals soft.

*right after the treatment the lips can appear a little fuller due to swelling, which is completely normal. (lasts 1-2 days)

Lip blush is definitely a trust-the-process treatment. Your lips will look brighter and more lipstick-like immediately after your appointment, but that softens quite a bit as they heal. It’s completely normal for the color to fade around 40–50% during the healing process.

The 6 week touchup is such an important part of achieving the final result because, unlike brows where we often just perfect certain areas to keep them soft and natural, lip blush usually involves going over the entire lip again to build more saturation.

As you scroll through these photos, you’ll see the transformation of a client who started with asymmetrical/faded lips, followed by her healed results after just one session. The healed photo is before her touchup appointment and you can already see how much progress has been made. One more session will help perfect and refine the final result even more. Always trust the process as beautiful healed results take time.

The treatment takes about 2 hours, with a touchup typically done 6–10 weeks later. Lips are usually swollen for about 24–48 hours, then lightly dry for a few days while healing. Most clients say the healing is much easier than they expected.

One important thing to understand is that lip blush heals approximately 50% lighter than it looks initially. The touch-up appointment is a very important part of the process, where we assess how your lips healed, reinforce areas that healed lighter, and perfect the overall color and balance.

My goal is always soft, healthy looking color and definition that ages naturally rather than a heavy lipstick look. Results typically last around 2 years depending on lifestyle, skin, and color choice.
