This residential development, built in collaboration with , is one of the largest and most ambitious projects we’ve ever completed!

Initially designed to host our client’s daughter’s wedding celebration, this development features a main house, a guesthouse with a bar and lounge, two cabins, an ATV storage garage, and a custom outdoor pavilion/kitchen area.

This massive 2,205 sq. ft. covered breezeway in Flora, Mississippi started with our King Post Pavilion Kit, but ended up somewhere pretty interesting!

Adapted with extended shed roofs on either side, it creates a gorgeous, seamless timber pathway connecting our client’s home to their covered riding arena.

Having also worked on their horse barn and home, together this makes one of our favorite full-property collaborations in our catalog.

This post and beam horse barn in Dripping Springs, Texas was built for the horses, for horse people, by horse people.

It features four stalls, a tack room, a wash bay, a generous feed and storage room, and two covered shed roofs on the main level.

Upstairs, the raised center aisle has been transformed into a gaming loft with extra room for storage.

It’s a word that gets used in this space a lot. Here’s what it actually means:

To put it simply, a barndominium is a barn-style structure built for residential living.

It typically combines open floor plans, high ceilings, and the classic aesthetic of a traditional barn with all the expected amenities and comfort of a modern home.

Clients typically come to us to build barndominiums as primary residences, vacation homes, rental investments, horse barns with living quarters, or multi-generational properties.

Our barndo kits start with a pre-engineered heavy timber package and go from there. The Oakridge is our most popular kit, and it’s worth a look if this is the direction you think you’re headed!

The landscape in Walla Walla, Washington is so commanding, it already has opinions about what a property should look and feel like.

This 4,800 sq. ft. modern farmhouse leaned into that (because why wouldn’t you?!)

Inspired by our Thielsen Timber Frame Home Kit, the home features a gorgeous L-shaped design with vaulted ceilings and decorative beam accents, a walk-in wine cellar with custom built-ins, dining room doors that open to a covered porch with an outdoor kitchen, and a fully self-contained one-bedroom guest apartment above the three-car garage.

Every decision was made with the land in mind, which makes it look like so intentional. So perfectly built for the land it respects. 🧡
