So many years of shadow work, processed emotions, and tears...yet here I am, finding a new layer and heaviness in the photos of my past.
I wanted to share where my spiritual journey began, but instead I was faced with documents and photos holding the energy of many years of misalignment and struggle.
Feeling a heavy rock in my chest; knowing the things I didn't fully explore because they were just too much to bear, the shame, the disappointment, the fear; are all coming up for me to finally unburden myself from.
It's painful...it's been a very long journey...yet, it's only the beginning.
In this moment, I'm choosing to relax into the pain and tightness in my chest as I bring each of those unhealed aspects into the light.
It's part of my becoming process. It's the last day of the challenge and the first day of my next chapter.
11 days from today, I will pass through another threshold, into another initiation with Dr. Joe Dispenza where I'll be in a sacred container for 10 days. This past month, I have been being prepared for what's to unfold next for me.
I've been twice before, this time is different.
My heart has been longing to reconnect for years, now it's finally time. I'm ready to break wide open.
I'd love for you to go on this adventure with me. I have no idea what will unfold from here, but I can guarantee it's going to be pretty f*cking amazing! I will share what I learn, my insights, my struggles...my WINS!

How Have You Kept Yourself Feeling Safe? Today I reflect what I’ve used to feel safe and the detrimental effect it’s had on my body and spirit.
Hi I’m Angela and this is the real me.
I’ve always shown up as authentically as possible but now I’m challenging myself to show the parts of myself that have been afraid to be seen.
I was honestly surprised when I allowed that part of me to speak, how vulnerable & exposed she felt. She’s been wanting to be seen and heard for years, and now I have the courage to start revealing her bit by bit.
What if there was nothing about you to ‘fix’ or ‘change’. Today we are accepting and loving ourselves exactly as we are.
