Dallas Leadership Foundation (DLF) is proud to announce it has been awarded a grant from the Texas Bar Foundation to support its Reentry Workforce Development Program. This funding will directly support formerly incarcerated individuals by providing workforce training, construction certification opportunities, life skills development, and career pathways that promote economic stability and reduce recidivism.

“This grant strengthens our mission to create pathways to opportunity for those returning to our communities,” said Wil McCall, President of Dallas Leadership Foundation. “By equipping participants with the tools, support, and training they need, we are not only helping individuals rebuild their lives — we are helping strengthen families, reduce recidivism, and create safer, healthier neighborhoods across Dallas.”
