Yesterday was something special. 🌱🐝

We had the opportunity to spend Career Day with the amazing students at Life School Oak Cliff Elementary and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From talking about farming, beekeeping, animals, gardening, and entrepreneurship to seeing the excitement and curiosity in those young minds — every moment was worth it.

The smiles, the questions, the laughter… that’s what it’s all about. 💚

Being able to show kids that agriculture, sustainability, and working with your hands can turn into real careers and real purpose is a blessing. Hopefully we planted a few seeds yesterday that will continue to grow for years to come. 🌻

What a day out in the garden 🌿

From learning how to turn herbs into healing teas ( ) , to watching those cooking demos come alive over heat and flavor ( ) — every moment was hands-on, real, and rooted in community. We broke down food safety in a way that makes sense for everyday kitchens, and walked through the Texas Cottage Food Law so more of us can confidently step into selling what we create.

This wasn’t just a workshop… this was people learning how to feed their families, build something of their own, and take control of what’s on their table.

Big love and gratitude to for showing up, pouring into the community, and helping make this experience powerful.

There’s something powerful about standing near the hive and really seeing how it all works 🐝✨

At our beekeeping demo, we got up close with the bees, broke down the basics, and stepped into their world for a moment — how they build, how they communicate, how they keep everything flowing in perfect harmony. No fear, just understanding… and a whole lot of respect for these tiny workers that do so much for our food and our ecosystem.

From the hive setup to how a colony moves as one, this was more than a demo — it was a reminder of how connected we are to nature and the role we play in protecting it.

Grateful for everyone who came out, asked questions, and leaned into the learning with us. This is how we grow — together 🌱

We slowed down, tuned in, and let the outside world fade for a moment. The yoga flow opened our bodies, released tension, and grounded us right where we needed to be. Then the sound bath carried us deeper — every vibration, every note, just washing over the space like a reset for the mind, body, and spirit.

It wasn’t just a session… it was a moment of connection.
