“A Case of the AF’s”

Just putting this out there…I’m sure that today for many is filled with a lot of AF’s…(ask a young adult or Google to interpret )…

Perhaps you are…
SHOCKED AF…
ANGRY AF…
FEARFUL AF…
DISAPPOINTED AF…
HURT AF…
HOPELESS AF…
SAD AF…
DISGUSTED AF…
CONFUSED AF…

FEELING ALL of the feelings…even the difficult ones, is completely okay! You don’t need to put on a fake, brave face or bury your feelings down until they bubble up again.

We all get sad, happy, focused, angry, low. We can feel terrified, excited, courageous, invincible.

What you do with those feelings matters.

SITTING with our emotions for a few days before moving on is sometimes needed- like a good cry that washes over us.

EXPERIENCING all of your emotions and being vulnerable with the people that you trust is a sign of true strength, not a weakness!

ALLOW yourself to offer compassion & empathy for others if you don’t have a case of the AF’s today! Remember the importance of “treating others as we want to be treated!”

ACKNOWLEDGING your feelings is the first step to healing…for ALL of us!

Until healing comes…please do not resist your emotions, feel them fully and let them pass through you with gratitude & grace!

The Best Is Still To Come…

Be LIFTed!
