Slow shutter speed adds motion blur. Your movements feel smooth and cinematic. Fast shutter speed freezes everything. Your movements feel sharp and intense. Most creators leave it on auto and let the camera decide the vibe for them. The rule for natural looking video is double your frame rate. Shooting 30fps? Set it to 1/60. That gives you the motion blur your eye naturally expects. Anything faster looks like a soap opera. Anything slower looks dreamy. Neither is wrong. But you should be choosing it on purpose.
