today.

The dialogue was real. Students engaged, taking notes, asking questions, going back and forth.

I don’t take lightly the honor and trust from leadership to share.

Shoutout to the L.I.T. (LEADERS IN TRAINING) Team for stepping in and helping support the conversations, it got deep!

This is what it’s about.
Impartation, not just information.

Looking forward to the next one

💥 Men, I challenge you in 2026 💥

Find at least one guy who gets your season.
👔 Married? Another married man
💍 Single? Someone on the same path

⚔️ Iron sharpens iron ⚔️
💬 Bounce ideas, speak truth, challenge each other

📱 Start simple:
“Hey bro, need to bounce some things off you. Got a minute?”

🤝 You were not meant to do life alone
Find your guy. Be that guy

Meet Captain Caleb Kinchlow – Visionary Creator. Project Manager. 🛡️

Leading a team isn’t about being the loudest voice in the room—it’s about knowing when to step up and when to let your crew shine. The real superpower? Helping your “Avengers” use their gifts at just the right moment.

Grateful for every opportunity to grow alongside the incredible people I’ve worked with.

Now your turn:
💬 What’s YOUR creative superpower?
🦸‍♂️ And if you had a hero name, what would it be?

🎬I recently worked on a fast-turnaround video for .autobiography r (you may know him from The Chosen 👣 or even as the voice of a Care Bear 🐻).
We had just 35 seconds to tell his incredible story—from escaping civil war in Lebanon to a career in Hollywood.

To make it pop, I added depth: 🟣 Drop shadows for visual layering
🟡 Camera blurs to create distance
🔵 Color + motion to guide the eye

💡 These simple tricks apply to ANY project—slides, reels, internal comms, or campaigns.

Start with the goal. Add a little depth. Make it resonate.

📚 Be sure to preorder Nick’s new book, his journey is powerful, inspiring, and one you won’t want to miss.
