We recently hosted an enlightening and educational Together We Dine with Lennox on the topic of Generations in the Workforce. Everyone left with a fresh perspective on how our generational differences contribute unique strengths that help us do our best work in the workplace. Our most recent Together We Dine with Texas Instruments focused on Mental Health & Burnout, bringing individuals together to discuss the pressures so many people quietly carry every day. Employees came together to share experiences, listen without judgment, remind one another that community care matters, as well as the importance of checking in with ourselves and one another. 💙

Creating spaces where people feel seen, heard, and supported is how we continue building healthier, stronger communities—together.
