👀 The Pinnacle, North Bethesda, Maryland: First Look

Built on top of 15,000 square feet of retail space, the 17-story community will bring independent living, assisted living, and memory care as part of an urban mixed-use development.

Designed by architecture firm PRDG, LLC (Dallas) and interior designer Faulkner Design Group, Inc. (Dallas), the community is focused on wellness, connection, and urban living.

Located just a short distance away from Seven Mile Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in all of the Caribbean islands, this project will be the first senior living community on the Cayman Islands.
Inspired by the island’s luxurious resort-style living, and with wellness at the forefront, a locally sourced dining venue overlooks the pool deck, along with offering state of the art fitness programs, a spa and pickleball courts.
The event lawn is set up to host outdoor events for the residents and their families and can even be set up to host weddings. Each spacious unit on the project has views of the ocean and large balconies to enjoy the breathtaking sunset views. Truly an inspiring Senior Living project!

What a great morning at the ground breaking for the new Tuskegee Airmen Texas Veterans Home! PRDG is honored to be the architect for this wonderful project for our US Veterans!
