In loving memory of Kay Smith Jordan.
Most of the products on these pages have been sold. We are doing new things that I have yet to post. The women in Mexico continue to improve on the blouses, both in quality and in size. We hope to have another product for the women in Guatemala to make and/or finish. They tried a few blouses, but most of the sizes were very small. The designer has done some incredible jackets. I will post those pictures along with new vests soon.
All the products on this page are for sale. School fees for the families in Guatemala are due in January, and the women need more work to make extra money. Purchasing the products will help them. They make items such as huipils for us to modify for the American market. I have not added sizes and prices because the sizes can depend on how the item is worn. We are especially anxious to sell the table weavings in the middle of the site. Please email Kay Smith Jordan at [email protected] or call me at 210 247 8223. I live in Dallas, but I am frequently in San Antonio where our designer lives and our products are stored. Thank you for reading this and looking at the pictures Kay Smith Jordan

This beautiful tapestry was made by a friend's mother. We own her same pattern in red. Guatemalan textiles add a depth in any ways to our lives.

This is beautiful machine embroidery from the second co-op that asked me for help with marketing in the U. S.

These bags have handles using belts made by one of the cooperatives' members. These are typical belts. The one on the left is beaded.

These two bags were made from Textiles woven in the Yucatan.

This is an incredible huipil made by the cooperative in Guatemala. It has made a beautiful vest.

Most Guatemalan women wear huipils. Since most American women in the U. S. do not, the women made these for us to use. This is one of our vests.
