MY THOUGHTS ON THE QUESTION: Is failure a sign to stop or a lesson to improve?
For me, failure becomes dangerous only when somebody refuses to learn from it.
Many people fail once and immediately conclude that life is against them. Meanwhile, failure itself is not the real enemy. The real danger begins when a person repeats the same mistake without growth, wisdom, or correction.
A student can fail an exam and later become one of the best in the class because he studied his weak points.
A business person can lose money in one venture and later build a successful business because the first loss taught him what not to do.
Even in relationships, some people go through heartbreak and come out wiser, calmer, and more mature.
But there are also people who fail and learn nothing. They blame everybody, repeat the same habits, ignore advice, and continue making emotional decisions. That is when failure starts destroying confidence, opportunities, and future progress.
Life teaches through both success and mistakes. Sometimes the lesson even hides inside embarrassment, rejection, or disappointment. What matters is whether the person is willing to sit down, reflect, and improve.
Failure is painful, yes. But a failure that teaches you something valuable can still become part of your success story.

MY THOUGHTS ON THE QUESTION: Why do many people fear starting something new?
For me, many people fear starting something new because it puts them in a position where they no longer feel in control.
When you begin something unfamiliar, you are no longer the person who knows everything. You become the one asking questions, making mistakes, and learning in public. That alone can make people uncomfortable.
There is also the fear of failure. People think, โWhat if I try and it does not work?โ So they stay where things feel safe, even if that place is not helping them grow.
Take a simple example. Someone may want to start a small business, but they keep delaying it. Not because they lack the idea, but because they are afraid of losing money or being laughed at if it does not succeed. Another person may want to start posting content online, but they keep overthinking every line, worrying about judgment.
In truth, starting something new will always carry risk. But staying where nothing changes also carries a hidden cost.
That is why many people remain stuck. Not because they cannot start, but because the fear of discomfort feels heavier than the hope of progress.

One thing people must learn from Francis Ngannou is that success is not always about where you started. It is about how long you are willing to keep fighting when life becomes uncomfortable.
This is a man who once worked in sand mines in Cameroon, struggled through the streets of Paris, faced rejection after rejection, and still refused to quit on himself. Today, the same person is celebrated across the world because he kept moving with purpose even when nobody believed in him.
Many people give up too early because they want fast results. They want comfort before sacrifice. They want applause before effort. Life does not work that way.
Francis Ngannouโs victory last night is not only about fighting. It is a lesson about discipline, resilience, patience, and self belief.
No matter your field, whether you are a student, creator, entrepreneur, artist, or dreamer, always remember this:
โDo your best to be your best.โ
That simple mindset can change an ordinary life into an extraordinary story.

Borrowing is easy. Paying back is where character starts speaking. Some people do not need more income. They need less unnecessary confidence in debt.

I respect people who pay back borrowed money without reminder.

MY THOUGHTS ON THE QUESTION: Should people chase passion or chase opportunities first?
For me, people should not treat passion and opportunity like enemies.
Sometimes life does not give you the luxury to begin with passion. You may love writing, but there are no writing jobs around you. You may want to be a designer, but what is available is customer service work or sales. In that moment, opportunity becomes the door you walk through, even if it is not your dream room.
I have seen people take jobs just to survive, then slowly discover something meaningful inside it. A young man may start in sales because that is what is available, but along the way he learns communication, discipline, and confidence. Later, those same skills become the foundation of his real passion.
Opportunity keeps you alive. It gives you income, structure, and exposure. Passion often grows in that space when you are patient enough to observe what you are good at and what feels natural over time.
But it is also true that opportunity without reflection can keep someone stuck for years. That is why the goal is not to abandon passion, but to let opportunity support your journey until passion becomes clearer and stronger.
In real life, most people do not start where they want to end. They start where they can, and grow into where they are meant to be.

MY THOUGHTS ON THE QUESTION: Which destroys people faster: laziness or excuses?
For me, excuses destroy people faster than laziness.
A lazy person may still know they are wasting time. Deep down, they are aware that they need to wake up and do better. But excuses are more dangerous because they make people feel comfortable with staying where they are.
Excuses always sound reasonable.
โI wanted to start a business, but nobody supported me.โ
โI wanted to go back to school, but the economy is hard.โ
โI wanted to learn a skill, but I do not have the right phone.โ
With time, these excuses begin to sound like truth in the personโs mind. Years pass, yet nothing changes.
Many people are not failing because they lack talent. They are failing because they have mastered the art of explaining why they cannot move forward.
The painful part is that excuses can hide inside very convincing stories. Some people blame their background. Others blame family, friends, government, witches, village people, heartbreak, or bad luck for everything happening in their lives.
Meanwhile, another person with the same struggles is quietly working, learning, growing, and changing their life step by step.
No life moves forward perfectly. There will always be problems. But if a person keeps waiting for life to become easy before they act, they may remain in the same place for years.
Excuses slowly destroy confidence, discipline, opportunities, and even dreams. That is why, for me, excuses destroy people faster than laziness.
