Hey everyone, I'm a former Marine and the host of Kilo Ruck 214. First, I just want to say thank you for being hereâwhether youâve rucked before or this is your first time, I appreciate you showing up.
A little about me: I served in the Marine Corps, and like many of us, the transition back to civilian life wasnât easy. One of the toughest battles Iâve faced was physically but mainly mental. After getting out, I struggled with my identity, my purpose, and with mental health overall. I carried a lot of that weight silently for a long time. And thatâs part of what led me here.
Kilo Ruck 214 isnât just about fitness or putting miles on a trail. Itâs about community. Itâs about reconnecting, creating a space where veterans and supporters can show up for one another, check in, and move forwardâliterally and mentallyâtogether.
This crew was born from a simple need: to not feel alone in the fight. If youâve been through it, you get it. And if you havenât, but you're here to support, that means the world.
So whether youâre here to sweat, heal, or just walk beside others, youâre in the right place. Letâs ruck up, talk, and build something strongerâtogether.
Semper Fi.
Welcome to Kilo Ruck 214 â where purpose meets perseverance.
This isnât just a ruck. Itâs a movement. Our mission is clear: to break the stigma surrounding PTSD, transition struggles, and mental health. Weâre here to create a space where warriors donât have to fight in silence â because strength isnât about staying quiet, itâs about showing up, speaking out, and walking together.
Whether youâre a veteran, active duty, or a supporter who believes in the power of community â you belong here. Every mile we carry weight on our backs, we also carry the stories, scars, and strength of those walking beside us.
