Objectifying The Eccentric
We know not everyone can tolerate high levels of Eccentric training. The Eccentric Tolerance tells you where they are and the methods of Eccentric training they need
The Stretch Shortening Cycle is the emphasis but where does it stand? RSIs are good but not good enough. The ratio between the Fast SSC and the Slow SSC give directionality
Creating momentum through the Eccentric is great but if it’s lost on the amortization it doesn’t matter. Where is it being lost?
You need directionality and objectification in training, or it’s not training at all

Is this a perfect battery? No. The data is relative to my small population of Volleyball athletes of the course of 4 years.
