How can a business reduce the employee turnover?
That was the question a member/client had in mind.
So, by analyzing business’ data, we saw a decrease in employee engagement and performance after their first 13 months at the company, Apparently, employees started feeling demotivated or disconnected from their work and then they often quit a few months later.
Another trend we noticed was on hiring. It showed that the company had a large increase in hiring around 18 months ago.
In the end, the client decided to implement an in-depth check-in with employees who are about to hit their 12 month mark at the business to identify growth opportunities. This decision helped reduce the employee turnover.
