20 years fly by ⚡️

Last week I swapped batteries in a client’s Arlo wireless cam and set the spent battery back on his charger. I do this 3 or 4 times a year to keep him in good working condition. ⚡️

Last week I replaced all 9 smoke alarms plus added a CO detector after discovering a client’s devices were 20 years old already in the blink of an eye. Manufacturers of such state the devices are to be replaced after 8 or 10 years.

She asked me to put her on our annual battery replacement service to eliminate this potential hazard from recurring. ⚡️

Can’t wait to try this one. ⚡️

Don’t let the unknown scare you away from adding recessed lighting in your home.

The drywall over wood ceilings in this older Highland Park home delayed the much needed lighting installation. The home owner finally got tired of using a flashlight to see in her file cabinets and allowed us to light it up.

The ultra thin recessed LED ceiling light now allows installation even when I find a joist right where we want the light.

Why did we wait so long?⚡️
