Winter Mandatory Maintenance Update!
The snow is officially here and looking at the forecast, most states are already getting hit. This is the time of year when equipment gets tested the most, and safety becomes the top priority on every mile.

We’ve just completed our quarterly maintenance cycle, and our fleet is fully prepared for winter operations. ✔️

As we roll into the colder weeks ahead, two things matter more than anything:

1️⃣ Tire Condition
• Check tread depth
• Watch for uneven wear
• Verify proper tire pressure (cold temps drop PSI fast)

2️⃣ Brake Performance
• Inspect brake pads and drums
• Listen for air leaks
• Make sure everything is adjusted and responding properly

Our trucks are ready, now let’s make sure every pre-trip and post-trip stays sharp as the weather changes.

As we roll into the busiest and coldest time of the year, it’s more important than ever to keep our equipment in top shape. Cold weather puts extra stress on every part of the truck, and a small issue in November can turn into a big breakdown in December.

Drivers, please take a few extra minutes during your pre-trip and post-trip checks:
• Inspect brakes and drums
• Check tire tread and tire pressure
• Listen and look for air leaks
• Verify all lights are working
• Make sure fluids are topped off and not freezing up

Winter is stepping onto our doorstep, and we all know the season can be unforgiving. Let’s stay ahead of the weather, keep the fleet safe, and keep freight moving without delays.
