It shouldn't be difficult to have an incredible website, logo and brand that clearly communicates who you are and how your customers can do business with you. We love our clients, and it shows in the quality of work we produce. To us, there's no such thi

Your hero section has one job: tell the right person they're in the right place.
Most don't.
They describe the company instead. "Welcome to our site." "We're a full-service agency."
True, and useless.
The reader learns about you, and nothing about themselves.
A hero that works names three things: who it's for in their words, the change you help them make, and one next step worth taking.
Here's the test. Read only your hero. Would a stranger know if this is for them? If they have to scroll to find out, it already failed.
Fix the first sentence and the same traffic starts to convert. The words carry the page before the design does.

Try this before publishing:
"Who is this for?"
"Why should they care?"
"What should they notice first?"
If the answer takes more than 3 seconds.
The post is doing too much.
Simplify one thing:
- The hook
- The first line
- The visual message
Clear content gets understood before it gets liked.
A post can flop and still be useful.
That part gets missed.
The quiet post is not always a sign the idea was wrong.
Sometimes it means the angle was too familiar.
Sometimes the promise was unclear.
Sometimes the audience needed more context before the point could land.
Low reach feels frustrating.
But it can reveal something.
A gap in understanding.
A topic people are not ready for yet.
A message that needs a sharper entry point.
Not every post is proof of what works.
Some posts are proof of what needs explaining better.
That is still progress.
The lesson is not always in the likes.
Sometimes it is in the silence.

Customer questions are content gold.
Especially the simple ones.
One question from a real conversation can become four useful posts without forcing a new idea from scratch.
Start with the question your audience already asked.
Then turn it into:
→ A direct answer post
→ A misconception post
→ A real example post
→ A follow-up question post
Example:
"How do I know what to post this week?"
Answer it plainly.
Explain what people usually get wrong.
Show how one topic can become multiple angles.
Ask what part they want broken down next.
Better content often starts in the inbox.
Listen closely.
Build from there.
Posting more will not fix a weak message.
It usually exposes it.
If the audience is unclear, the offer feels vague, and every post points in a different direction, volume only makes the confusion louder.
That is the part most content advice skips.
More content can create momentum.
But only when there is something clear to multiply.
Otherwise, it becomes noise.
A better question is not "How often should we post?"
It is "What are we making easier for people to understand, trust, or buy?"
Because frequency is fuel.
Strategy is the engine.

Legal counsel you'll swear by, not at.
That's the promise behind Everett New and Associates, a Dallas law firm built on real-world business experience, not just case law.
Everett's path is unconventional: police officer, corporate manager, in-house counsel for a $500M company, and now trusted advisor to startups and growing businesses.
We had the privilege of building a website that captures that story: practical, approachable, and built to connect with business owners who need a partner, not just a lawyer.
