Restore before you pour out.

Rest is not a reward for finishing everything. It is faithful stewardship of the woman, family, assignment, and influence God has entrusted to you.

Before you give to everyone else, make room to receive from Him:

• Pause and pray.
• Breathe without guilt.
• Be present with your family.
• Release what was never yours to carry.
• Let God restore what striving has depleted.

Sustainable leadership does not come from constant exhaustion. It grows from alignment, covering, and a heart that knows when to be still.

You do not have to earn restoration. You are allowed to receive it.

Light still dawns.

Psalm 112:4 reminds us that darkness is not the end of the story:

“Light dawns in the darkness for the upright; he is gracious, merciful, and righteous.”

When decisions feel heavy and the next step is unclear, lead with grace. Choose compassion. Stay anchored in God’s character: not the pressure of the moment.

You do not have to manufacture the light. Keep walking with Him. He is faithful to bring clarity, courage, and hope in His timing.

This is how ordinary women allow God to put His EXTRA on them: not by pretending every season is easy, but by leading faithfully through it.
