Growing In Faith Tabernacle

Good day my brothers and sisters in Christ Jesus. I wanted to inform you all that I, Pastor Rodgers, after much prayer and advice from trusted friends have decided to take a sabbatical for 6 months which started September 5,2021. I have been faithfully serving in ministry at full throttle for 17 years without taking any time off from ministry duties to refocus, rejuvenate, meditate, really pray, and rid myself of the stress that comes along with the ministry. Which I have discovered that it is not only unhealthy for me but the church in which I serve. As Jesus often withdrew to a solidarity place to pray and refocus and found himself agonizing in the garden, I too am at that point where I am agonizing and need God to really strengthen me for the next phase of this journey. I ask that you pray not only for me but our ministry as well. I am still available to help in whatever way I can. God bless you all well and thank you in advance for all of your support.
