Not gonna lie. I used a box cake mix for this Red Velvet cake.
The cream cheese icing was from Martha Stewart's recipe.
It looks huge but it is 6".

Chocolate Dome with Mango Mousse and Jelled Mango Pieces on a Graham Cracker Crust.
The swirls are white chocolate and the metallics are dark chocolate.
