The Local Oak is a restaurant & bar in Bishop Arts District in Oak Cliff offering fresh food & drinks Our restaurant and bar is one of the best in the area.
Located in the Bishop Arts District, our menu is filled a combination of comfort and bar food made fresh from scratch daily! Our Hatch Green Chile Chicken Enchiladas, Mom's Meatloaf and Crispy Beef Tacos are some of the best in town. Try our award winning candied bacon and Spam sliders. Check out our happy hour and enjoy one of the many craft beers we have on tap. Join us for brunch every Saturday and Sunday 11am-4pm. We have two parking lots located off Zang at 7th and 8th Street!

They were engaged at our wishing tree. And every year they come back and take a photo. We are so blessed by this story and all the others and getting to impact our neighborhood, our community, and our family.
Special Day for our last Saturday! Brunch from 11am to 4pm and then our Potluck Christmas Party from 5-8pm! Wear your best ugly sweater or festive gear, come eat, drink, and be merry!

The Local Oak bar in Dallas closes Sunday, before getting bulldozed The closure had been discussed for years, but the reality still stings for the bar’s regulars.
