2017 Retreat Series| Ann Arbor Summer Festival A series of mind-body sessions at Top of the Park, this alternative happy hour lets community members enjoy a relaxing late-afternoon session with classes in yoga, Capoeira, meditation, pilates, hula hooping, and more.

Hoop Fitness Level 1-4. Fitness and fun! Learn the fundamental moves of hooping and hoop your way into great shape. Hooping tones your entire body, improves your balance and is a great cardio workout. Please wear fitness shoes and bring your own water bottle. Weighted hoops provided. Instructor: Tonji Zimmerman....
Things have been pretty quiet over here but let's call that a hoop hibernation :) A couple of things in the works, more details to come once the dust settles!
