The Café de Olla starts with cinnamon and piloncillo simmered from scratch. The Cardamom Mango is built spice by spice. The Lavender Rose is steeped in house. Nothing here comes from a bottle.

When we first opened, we had one matcha. Sweet matcha. That was it.
Then you started asking for ceremonial grade. So we got it.
Then you kept coming back. So we built a whole Matcha Bar around it.
Now we have the Strawberry Matcha, Sky Blue Matcha, Lavender Rose, Trio Matcha, Pretty in Pink and more. And if you have a favorite latte? Chances are you can get it matcha base too. The Blueberry Muffin Latte, the Banoffee, the Lavender Rose. Espresso or matcha, your call.

When we opened, we were a breakfast spot. Great tacos, great coffee — that was the mission. But breakfast ends. We kept asking ourselves: what do we do for the rest of the day? We tried things. Some worked, some didn’t. And then Chef Daniel brought us empanadas. Beef. Spicy Beef. Chicken. Spinach Mushroom. Pepperoni Pizza. Beans and Cheese. Available all day. Every day.
