A friendly reminder that wearing contact lenses in the pool is never a good idea. Contact lens can cause irritation and possible infection when worn while swimming in pools, lakes, etc.

Alternative: Swim goggles are a fun (and sometimes stylish) option to consider instead.

Two helpful tips to keep dry eye at bay:
1) wear sunglasses that protect your eyes from dry, windy days 😎
2) use artifical tears (ideally preservative-free) to keep eyes moisturized. ☀
