Thank you to these clients on allowing me to represent them for my 20th closing this year! This one was a little different as we chose to pivot to a rental based on current market conditions. I was able to assist this owner in tenant screenings including background checks, employment verification, application processing, collecting deposits, kissing hands, shaking babies, etc.

After listing with me they quickly had multiple offers, and even when our first offer fell through due to financing, we were able to quickly get another strong offer for them!

Selling your home is often (always) a tumultuous experience. In this market, more than ever, it’s important to have an experienced agent who is doing lot of business, and not just someone who remembers to pay their dues on time.
