Hey y’all just passing through to give you a friendly reminder that tonight’s yoga class is at 7:45pm.🧘🏾♀️✨
Tonight’s yoga class will be centered in being present.
It’s a challenge to be present when we have so much competing for our attention for “attention is the new currency”. Many of us can not move or do anything for that matter without that dag on cellphone. If you can’t give yourself an hour without having to check, respond whatever to a device, then...you are cheating yourSELF.
