✨ It can feel conflicting to accept where you’re at while also seeking to grow. The desire to improve parts of ourselves or our lives might leave us feeling insufficient. How do you embrace where you are right now?

Use these daily mantras:

I am a work in progress. And I am enough.

I accept where I am on my journey. I nurture my growth with patience and grace. I don't have to be perfect to be worthy and whole. My flaws don't define my value.

I celebrate progress while embracing all that I am right now. I am beautifully unfinished and complete.

I honor my becoming while being fully present. My worth is not tied to goals achieved. I give myself permission to evolve at my own pace.

I quiet my inner critic with compassion.

My path belongs to me.

I trust in my potential while loving who I am today. I am committed to my unfolding.
