Today, September 19th, marks 7 years of Partenope in Downtown Dallas!
We opened our doors just six months before the world shut down. 2020 and 2021 nearly took us out, but we kept pushing, kept believing, and kept showing up. And seven years later, we are still here, stronger than ever, and incredibly proud of what we’ve built.
Along the way, we’ve been incredibly fortunate to have our pizza recognized year after year, continually ranking among the Top 20 Pizzerias in the United States by 50 Top Pizza—an honor we never take for granted. We’ve also had the privilege of being recognized on a local,national and international level, all while staying true to the Neapolitan traditions that inspired Partenope from the very beginning and helped us grow into Richardson and soon Fort Worth!
But more than any award or accolade, our people are what we are most proud of. We have team members who have been with us since Day One, and we are endlessly grateful for every single person who has been part of this journey. And to our incredibly loyal and committed regulars—you have stood by us through the highs, the lows, the construction, the chaos, and everything in between.
Today holds an especially deep meaning for us. September 19th is Festa di San Gennaro. For Neapolitans, San Gennaro is far more than a patron saint. He is deeply woven into the history, traditions, faith, and identity of Napoli. His Saint Day is a day that Neapolitans around the world carry with them, no matter where life takes them. For our family, it makes September 19th even more special because our son is named Gennaro. To open Partenope on San Gennaro’s Saint Day seven years ago was incredibly meaningful to us, and every year, this day reminds us of where we came from, what inspired us to build Partenope, and why sharing a piece of Napoli with our community has always meant so much to us.
So today, we celebrate seven years of Partenope, seven years of our incredible team and community and a very special day that will always hold a special place in our family’s heart.

This year’s recognition is made even more meaningful as we have also been awarded the “Made in Italy” Award for 2026, an honor that celebrates our commitment to preserving and sharing authentic Italian culinary culture.
To receive this recognition from such a respected organization is incredibly humbling. Every dish we serve is rooted in tradition, passion, quality ingredients, and the spirit of Naples that inspires everything we do.
