I can honestly say how the market has been the last 2 weeks because my own house was on the market. Very slow! The Feds raising the rate 3/4% put the brakes on the market. However, I still was able to find a buyer! It's not too late to get into the market! Call me for help!!

The look on my clients face reminded me of another time and place! I was on a listing presentation and told them that ALL of her competition was "under contract".No properties for sale in her neighborhood!
It reminded me when my Buyer couldn't find an interest rate under 16% (1984)!

This past weekend was the kind of weather weekend that Realtor's have been waiting for this year! I fully expect more properties will go under contract than get listed! Inventory should start getting lower! Prices should stabilize this month!

I was talking to a builder's framer last week, the need to find alternative materials for housing. Container homes maybe coming soon to offer new housing under 300k.
