What Matters Most To You?

Today I had the pleasure of leading a Conference Wellness Session for and yes I showed up intentionally (outta yoga pants) to show that you can bring wellness into your day no matter what you are wearing.
_
After I was done a lovely lady walked over and said, "you got 200 smiles today!" And that really warmed my heart because sharing my passion for wellness is the best job.
_
It felt great getting everyone moving, breathing and laughing - which in the end really matters to me🙂

I've always had an affinity to working with charities/non-profits since I did my Public Relations internship with United Way of Toronto many moons ago❤

I'm excited to collaborate with Yoga International and the MoveTogether:LIVE programming to lead my Ready Set Flow: Power Vinyasa Series.
This unique 13 class program combines my signature style of teaching—strong, sweaty, and dynamic sequencing—and added moments to pause, breathe and find stillness.
In each class, you’ll tone and strengthen your body in a way that only yoga can through bodyweight moves, mobility techniques and repetitions.

WARRIOR

2020 has been a helluva rollercoaster (amiright😳) but this year has definitely showed me how to plant my feet, stay rooted and grow strong (similar to how I feel in Warrior II).

If I take anything from this crazy a$$ year is that I can be a Warrior in battle and come out better for it!
