DESCRIPTION
The Field Assessor is responsible for the assistance in managing the business’s maintenance division. Strong candidates will come equipped with a full range of knowledge (including but not limited to) general handyman skills, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, dry walling, landscaping, and HVAC. The Property Inspector must be well versed in vendor and client relations and adhere to strict time schedules. This position will be responsible for timely and complete work to the standards of the Specialized Property Management organization.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
· Application and knowledge of general maintenance work and repairs
· Perform and provide exceptional quality work and services
· Perform work in a timely manner
· Schedule, communicate, complete Move-Out Assessments
· Schedule, communicate, complete Initial/Re-Inspect Assessments
· Schedule, communicate, complete, & invoice Periodic Assessments
· Manage operation of company maintenance vehicle and maintenance tools
· Maintain the established customer service standards for both Owners and Tenants
· Protect and promote the company culture and morale
· Promptly respond, pursue, and resolve customer and vendor issues
· Explore and develop new business methods and opportunities
· Manage work order service request flow ensuring all service requests are properly maintained in company software including notes, documents, updates

REQUIREMENTS
· Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in maintenance management, or suitable experience in residential property management
· Ability to prepare, write, and communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and staff
· General maintenance and repair knowledge
· Local area knowledge
· Two years’ experience in administrative support
· A minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute
· Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office
· Managing referrals across departments
· Knowledge of the Internet and email

DESCRIPTION
Professional property management company with locations in multiple cities is seeking an experienced, talented, and very detail-oriented Senior Accountant, with a minimum of ten (10) years-experience, to join our team. The Senior Accounting position is a remote work position, so candidates may reside anywhere, as long as the location has a strong internet connection. Equipment (laptop, monitors, printer, scanner, etc.) will be provided.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Process periodic check runs
· Reconcile bank accounts
· Answer questions/resolve issues from customers, vendors, and junior accountants
· Review and supervise the work of junior accountants
· Enter vendor invoices
· Process payments to clients and vendors
· Bill clients for services
· Perform and record internal and external bank transfers
· Perform accounting projects
· Oversee and assist the legal and accounting side of the eviction process
· Oversee and assist the utility billing processes
· Record journal entries and review journal entries made by junior accountants
· Oversee and assist the security deposit refund and deduction processes
· Assist will collection of rents and other payments from tenants
· Assist with collections of past due invoices from owners
· Create and send notices to vacate
· Assist with entering and processing payments from tenants, vendors, and owners
· Monitor and update late fee charges
· Record credit card transactions
· Setup vendors in the database
· Attend and participate in office meetings
· Attend and participate in training sessions as directed by the Manager
· Adhere to all procedures required in this role
· Provide feedback for and participate in continuous improvement of procedures and processes
· Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
· 10+ years’ experience in accounting/bookkeeping
· Minimum bachelor’s degree in accounting is preferred, but at least some accounting education
· Advanced accounting knowledge
· Highly detail oriented and organized work
· Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
· Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish objectives
