VERDICT.
Tested the viral yogurt cheesecake.
The original didn’t work for me.
The modified version? Creamy, balanced, indulgent.

Tried the viral 2-ingredient Japanese yogurt no-bake cheesecake.
Then tried it again… my way.
One version kept it simple.
The other got vanilla bean, a little powdered sugar, and cream cheese.
Both are in the fridge softening
I’ll report back. 🍰
