The Hispanic Marketing Council has inducted our late CEO, Greg Knipp, into the HMC Hall of Fame for his visionary leadership and unwavering belief in the power of authentic multicultural marketing. Greg's legacy lives on through the community he built, the careers he shaped, and the values of humanity and creativity he instilled in all of us.

We are thrilled to announce that four incredible creative talents from Dieste took first and third place in the US Hispanic Young Lions Competition! Congrats to Geraldinn Gutierrez & Mariel Hernández for "Renamed Latinid-ad," and Robert Segura & Luis Baca for "Critics Wanted"! One of these exceptional duplas will represent the USA at the Cannes Lions Young Competition in France, bringing Hispanic creative excellence to the world stage!

We are thrilled to announce that Benjamin Jara has been promoted to ECD! Seven years of pushing creative boundaries, bringing teams together, and sharing cultural insights that truly connect with consumers. Thank you for your leadership!

We’re deeply saddened to share that our CEO, Greg Knipp, has passed away. Greg was so much more than a leader, he was someone who genuinely cared about every single person at Dieste. He always stayed calm, no matter what challenges came our way, and somehow found the silver lining even on the toughest days.

Greg trusted us, gave us the freedom to grow, and made everyone feel valued. He shaped Dieste into what it is today, but even more importantly, he had a huge impact on all of us as individuals, and on our families too. Above all, Greg was a wonderful husband and father, and our hearts are with his family.

This week, we’ll celebrate Greg’s life by sharing stories and memories, and by holding onto the lessons he taught us. Now more than ever, it’s up to all of us to keep his spirit alive in the way we treat each other and the work we do.

Rest in peace, Greg. You’ll be greatly missed.
