Paying a local artist to teach other local artists a new process? We love it. Seeing that process in the artists’ work long after the workshop ends? ✨chef’s kiss✨
Thanks for teaching paper making on Saturday! We can’t wait to see what the community creates with this new skill.

Thinking about applying for Cohort VI? See how current and past cohort artists have set up their microstudios.
Designed by Cedars Union Co-Founder Matt Bowdon, The CU's modular studio units can be configured to suit the unique needs of each artist, with desk attachments, French cleats, hooks, shelves, and sometimes even custom fixtures. The half-height walls mean more opportunities for exchange and collaboration. These little studios are part of what makes this space and this program so special.
Applications for Cohort VI are open through June 12. Learn more about the cohort program, our space, and amenities at the link in our bio.

Join us for framing workshop led by our Manager of Programming, Taylor Gibson. In the first half, you’ll learn how to construct a custom frame from start to finish, including sizing frame stock, cutting glass, woodworking joinery, and using the necessary tools to build a frame.
After a brief break, Taylor will demonstrate how to assemble all the individual components, mount or mat a work of art, and seal the frame to ensure your piece is protected and ready to hang. Whether framing for your personal collection or preparing for an exhibition, this workshop will equip you with the skills to showcase your artwork professionally.
