Upon arrival, had an iced tea and worked on some writing

Then made my way to my interview

It went really well and my ‘preliminary’ shift is tomorrow at noon

It was a good day. Put in nearly 15 miles on the bike (proud of that)

One final in-person Interview with this Monday but after that your boi will be gainfully employed

For the time being just watch with my good buddy Kent and wind down for a bit

Thanks for sticking around. It’s only gonna get better

And if it doesn’t (that’s really not up to me..)

This beanie was purchased on my 2020 hike of the CDT (Continental Divide Trail for the normies) had been misplaced during a ‘scuffle’ at a local distillery (we won’t mention any names here)

Beyond pleased to say after finally remembering to call; it is in fact located in their lost and found

This specific beanie has walked thousands of miles by my side, has seen me thru many a cold night and to think that it may have been gone forever would have broken my heart

For me it’s not about the things you own but your relationship to them that creates the value and this hat had become a priceless part of my existence
