We elevated every interior and exterior doorway to 8 feet, creating a grand, open feel that carries from room to room — especially at the entrance, where stunning 8-foot iron front doors make an unforgettable first impression.

The kitchen is the heart of the home and was designed to impress. Anchored by a 66” refrigerator/freezer combo and a matching 60” double-oven range from Thermador, the space blends professional performance with refined style. A voice-activated faucet and touchless trash can add everyday convenience, while thoughtful lighting and custom cabinetry bring warmth and character.

Specialty features elevate the experience even further:
• A Scotsman nugget ice maker — because the right ice makes a difference
• An XO beverage fridge keeping drinks at the perfect temperature
• A custom coffee bar featuring a Wolf espresso machine capable of crafting nine different coffee drinks — who needs Starbucks when you have this setup?

Custom cabinet lighting, endless shiplap paired with beautifully balanced brick tones, designer sconces, and detailed wood ceiling trim complete the interior aesthetic. The main living room now features a stunning 100” 8K television, creating a true cinematic experience right at home.

Technology seamlessly connects the entire property. The home can be operated inside and out from a cell phone, and a whole-home speaker system extends into the backyard for effortless entertaining.

Step outside and the property truly shines. The fully custom outdoor kitchen by Fire Magic anchors the backyard, designed for serious cooking and effortless hosting. A beautiful cabana equipped with a full outdoor bar makes it easy to mix those umbrella drinks and gather with friends and family. Gorgeous travertine surrounds the fully smart-compatible PebbleTec pool, creating a timeless, resort-style feel. For a little friendly competition, we added a private putting green — perfect for evening tournaments.

Freezing temps can cause pipes to freeze and burst. Protect your home by:

• Opening cabinets under sinks
• Insulating exposed pipes
• Keeping your thermostat set consistently

Large flood Job in Acworth ga. Posting a couple pics of the damages

Major loss- Entire 5300 sf home flooded out in powder springs. These are only a few pics. I have over 750. Here’s a few of the demo

Water damage from washing machine on upper level of home - several rooms upstairs affected and most of the main level affected. Will add demo pics when i have time.

Make sure windows and doors are locked up tight

Make sure you have flashlights - first aid kit close by just in case - water - snacks -

Getting the lowest level of your home into an interior room with no windows if possible. A bathtub maybe and if you can Drag a mattress in there to put over yourself
