🏠Project Update | Paint Nearly Complete & Flooring Underway

We’re excited to share another major milestone in this remodel project!

Painting is now mostly complete throughout the home — including ceilings, closets, doors, and walls both upstairs and downstairs. Just a few final detail touch-ups remain, but the transformation is already making a huge impact.

One of the biggest changes has been taking the walls from a darker color to a much lighter tone, instantly making the space feel more open, spacious, and full of natural light. (Be sure to check out the before & after photos!)

At the same time, flooring installation has officially begun, with progress already underway upstairs. This next phase is bringing everything together and adding that clean, finished look to the space.

3 Things We Fixed in This Yard 🌳

This backyard had great shade from a mature tree but it wasn’t very usable. Tree roots were pushing up everywhere, the sod had died in most areas, and the space was uneven.

In just 3 weeks of construction, here’s what we fixed:

1️⃣Exposed Tree Roots
Tree roots were growing throughout the yard. We carefully contained the root zone with a custom concrete border and decorative gravel to protect the tree while creating a clean, finished look.

2️⃣Uneven, Dead Lawn
We regraded the yard and installed new grass to create a level, healthy space that’s perfect for kids to play and for backyard sports.

3️⃣No Functional Seating
We added a custom concrete seatwall that tied into the concrete tree border, creating a continuous design that frames the tree while providing comfortable seating. The seatwall also includes integrated end slots that double as planters - great for pottery and plants.

We also installed a concrete base for the shed, making the space more organized, durable, and cohesive.

The result: a level backyard, protected tree roots, new sod, and functional seating - all designed to create a usable outdoor space the whole family can enjoy.

From 3D to reality ✨🔥

We brought this backyard and front yard transformation to life, starting with detailed 3D renderings to visualize every element before construction began.

The project includes a complete pool remodel — new tile, updated coping, fresh plaster, and a spa with a beautifully redesigned spillway.

The backyard now features an extended pool deck with custom concrete steps, a patio cover with laser-cut privacy panels, garden accents, and a warm IPE hardwood deck. Layered lighting and string lights create the perfect ambiance for day or night, all framed by a sleek iron fence.

The front yard received an upgrade too, with natural boulders, decorative river rock, landscaping, and integrated lighting for a cohesive look from front to back.

Front Yard Transformation Complete! 🌿

We’ve officially wrapped up this front yard landscaping and construction project in the Dallas, delivering a major upgrade in both functionality and curb appeal. This project included the addition of a new two-car concrete parking area, along with a walkway connection that ties seamlessly into the existing front entry.

The landscaping scope focused on softening the new hardscape with planting around the additional parking area, refreshed foundation landscaping, and a gravel pathway leading to the side gate for improved access. We also installed landscape lighting, including up-lights and pathway lights, to highlight the space and improve nighttime visibility.
