Today I was sent out to replace a slider track, a sash frame and to rescreen a screen. These 3 items had been holding back the 10k payday for the whole job. I replaced the track and did the rescreen and it was easy enough. The sash didnt fit right. After running numbers on it I found the manufacturer had built it out of square. Typical for the covid world we now live in. The customer had been and was upset over how long it took to get to the finish point of the job. So to save the day I assured them that I could fix the existing problems with the original sash. They agreed because they were sick and tired of the problems that was out of the company's control. A few buffing pads later and a heat guns magic I restored the sash. Problem solved and we walked away with the 10k payday. Experience at work saved the day. Yay!

The after effects. I got paid to install this setup. Looks good now but it was a nightmare. The half round didn't fit and the bottom one was backwards. The Hardy board siding made things even harder. Took me most of the day.

Rebuilt and redid the front of this house. Looks alot better than what the last crew did.
