When it all starts to come together 🙌🏾 So much gratitude to everyone who pulled up to my first Community class in the city that raised me!! I’m forever dedicated to serving women, my BIPOC and Q***r communities, Mamas, Grandmamas, etc through intentional movement and San Antonio really showed out 🙌🏾❤️🔥
We deserve to feel JOY in our bodies, and we’re just getting started! Where should we go next? 👀📍

San Antonio, this one’s for you 🤍
I’ve been itching for the right moment to bring a free community class to my hometown — and that moment is finally HERE. This Saturday, May 9th at 9am, we’re flowing together at Olmos Basin Loop Trail and I couldn’t be more excited.
Pilates Flow in the Park is exactly what it sounds like — core-focused Pilates meets breath-led yoga, outdoors, with good people and good energy. You know how we do.
BYOM, towel, and water. All levels welcome. All bodies welcome. It’s free.
SA, let’s make this special. See you on the mat 💜

I sat at the base of Mother Earth’s tree, where fresh water meets her roots, and offered her my gratitude. In return, she held me in her waters like a womb.
Swelling, yet steady.
Inhale. Exhale.
Swimming on my back in the cenote, a tear escaped my eye — then another — until there was no difference between my tears and the fresh water cradling me from below.
Inhale. Exhale.
“Do I deserve to be here? To experience this with you?” I asked quietly. Like the question crawled out from a dark place hidden within me.
Inhale. Exhale.
“I’m here,” she said, in a voice so familiar it landed somewhere beneath my ribs. Not a declaration — an invitation.
Inhale. Exhale.
Like a levee giving way, the tears came fully. Carrying with them every last drop of self-doubt and self-criticism I’d been holding. Until I was no longer swimming — I was floating in full surrender… Heart open to the sky, palms soft and wide, receiving whatever she had to give.
“You are enough,” she sang. The way a mother soothes her child.
Inhale. Exhale.
“I’m enough,” I smiled.

When women gather, we heal.
When women gather, we release.
When women gather, we laugh.
When women gather, we remember.
When women gather, we make peace.
We reclaim the parts of ourselves that were buried in the ashes of the fight. We reconcile with the narratives that kept us safe.
When women gather, we are free.
A truly unforgettable week with my sisters in Yucatán, Mexico. And I’m soo excited for what’s to come 💫🙏🏾

Another trip around the sun, learning myself and loving myself through every season. 35 🎈💫
Q loves to host a birthday dinner/party for me every year. Even when I say *out of anxiety* “I want to keep it chill this year”, he knows my heart is full when I’m in a room full of people I adore. And since everyone we trust with our kids was in said room lol, my babies joined us out and it made for the most magical evening filled with music, dancing, laughs, art and delicious food. The space, the people, the vibes, everything reflected back to me such beauty and I’m carrying that with me through my next solar return. Thank you for knowing me, and loving me, !
When I reflect on past birthdays, I’m so grateful each one brought me closer to this. This one is just so damn good ❤️❤️❤️🎂

Harvesting Szn: a thread 🤲🏾💫
God has ALWAYS so graciously carried me and my family from one season to the next, it makes it easy to keep going when you know your next step has already been accounted for. My mantra has been and continues to be, “All I have to do is my part, God will handle the rest.” Therefore, I give thanks for the role I get to play and am humbled by the parts that I don’t 🙏🏾❤️
