How Military Doers Get More Done®

You do not need a major renovation to make your military rental more comfortable for fall.

Start with renter-friendly weatherstripping, a fresh HVAC filter, better entryway storage, and properly working outdoor lights. Small improvements can make an unfamiliar house feel more functional without making permanent changes.

The first week in a new home usually needs more than furniture. Think locks, basic tools, extension cords, cleaning supplies, storage, window coverings, and a safe place for important documents.

Today we honor Gold Star Mothers and Families whose loved ones died in service to our nation. Their sacrifice, strength, and enduring connection to their service member deserve remembrance every day.

Small businesses are powered by passion, big dreams, and plenty of hard work. 💛

Whether you’re building a side hustle, creating something from scratch, or growing your own brand, we’d love to hear about it!

Doing More for Those Who Serve

September is National Preparedness Month, and a new home needs a new emergency plan. Start with working smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, flashlights, batteries, a fire extinguisher, water, and a simple family contact plan.

A good neighborhood is about more than the distance from the installation.

Military families may also consider commute reliability, school options, childcare, safety, nearby services, community support, pet policies, and how easily they can manage another move.

What is the most important quality you look for when choosing an off-base neighborhood?
