🚨 BIG MILESTONE ALERT 🚨 I just found out I'm officially in the Top 10 company-wide... and honestly, this one means a lot.
As of this week, I'm officially in the Top 10 for Year-to-Date Sales Volume across all of Ultima Real Estate! 🎉
Honestly, it's a little surreal.
Eight years ago, I started this journey with no idea where it would lead. Since then I've had the privilege of helping hundreds of families buy, sell, build, invest, relocate, and navigate some of life's biggest decisions.

Eight years ago, I stepped into this business with a heart to serve people well — not just open doors, write contracts, and put signs in yards, but truly advocate for families during some of the biggest financial and emotional decisions of their lives.
Every closing represents a story:

Woke up this morning, opened my email half asleep ☕️… and then saw THIS. 😭✨

Cue the ugly crying, grateful heart, and immediate thought of all the amazing clients, friends, family, and referrals that made this possible. 🏡💙
Eight years ago I stepped into real estate with big dreams, a lot of determination, and honestly… no idea just how much this career would change my life. Since then there have been long nights, tough negotiations, happy tears at closing tables, crazy market shifts, and more coffee than I’d ever like to admit. 😂
But moments like this remind me why I love what I do.
Not because of the title…
But because every number represents a family, a new beginning, a prayer answered, an investment made, or someone trusting me during one of the biggest decisions of their life.
