I can’t wait for you all to see how the cuirs are going to infiltrate this institutional space and make it our own. Q***r femmes and non-binary folks have historically been excluded from these spaces, at times even by gatekeeping cis male gay administrators. You won’t wanna miss this.

Someone, Like Me celebrates a tender view of gender fluidity and q***rness beyond rainbow capitalism. Someone, Like Me, aims to present artists exploring life and love outside of the mainstream q***r representation.

Kinfolk House was founded by artists Sedrick & Letitia Huckaby. Kinfolk House is a collaborative project space housed in a 100-year-old historic home, where community and art converge in the predominantly Black and Latine neighborhood of Polytechnic in Fort Worth, TX.

Following in the spirit of Hallie Beatrice Carpenter, Kinfolk House is deeply committed to being a welcoming space for all and bringing people together.

In "Congregate," artists Skip Hill  Colby Deal  , and Angel Faz  investigate the complexity of community, culture, and isolation.
