We are a free fitness community which is open to people of all athletic abilities and backgrounds. All you have to do is show up!
TUESDAYS at the Trinity with RunDFW - 7pm, 3198 Gulden Lane, Dallas, TX
FRIDAY Hills - 6:15am - 1199 Kessler Parkway, Dallas, TX
SUNDAY Long Distance with RunDFW - 6:30am, 1878 Sylvan Ave., Dallas, TX Our workouts run 40-60 minutes and are designed to build community and promote a healthy life! We incorporate the location into our workouts, which involve stretching and warmups, group exercises, running, walking, and more! Our members include runners, rowers, cross-fitters, couch-potatoes, lifters, swimmers, bikers, and more! No cost, no need to sign up ahead, just show up! In and beyond the workouts, we connect people and the community through engaging opportunities like service projects, socials, and brand/business connections.
